Former NBA star and two-time champion Lamar Odom has stirred fresh conversation online after posting a series of cryptic and emotional messages featuring his ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian. The posts—shared across his social media pages in recent days—include throwback photos and inspirational captions that have reignited public interest in their past relationship.
Odom, 45, shared one of the most notable posts on X (formerly Twitter), uploading a photo of himself and Khloe, 41, taken during Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 fashion event in February 2016. At the time, the pair were estranged, but Khloe was still actively supporting him through his recovery following a near-fatal drug overdose at a Nevada brothel months earlier.
In a caption widely interpreted as a reference to her support during his darkest period, Lamar wrote:
“Grace carried me when strength couldn’t.”
The retired NBA star later posted another memory from 2016, this time featuring photos of himself and Khloe heading to church alongside her nephew Mason Disick and niece, Penelope Disick. The caption read:
“Pain doesn’t scare me anymore.”
The nostalgic posts come months after the former couple appeared together on screen for the first time in nine years. In a February episode of The Kardashians (Season 6), Odom jokingly referred to Khloe as his “wife,” a remark that quickly went viral. Khloe, however, made it clear during the episode that she had no intention of rekindling their romance, though she expressed genuine goodwill toward her ex-husband.
Odom and Kardashian were married from 2009 until their divorce was finalized in 2016, following years of public struggles, personal challenges, and multiple attempts at reconciliation.
With Lamar’s recent posts prompting speculation and renewed discussions across social media, fans continue to watch closely for any further messages from the former athlete.
